1_ How will I receive the SOFA modules?
Each module of your Keigio System Sofa will be individually packed. If the module has a base, it will already be screwed to the base of the Sofa Puff. If the module has a FIDIVI fabric lining, it will also be already fixed and buttoned to the module itself. If you have requested more linings than Sofa Puffs then all the linings will be received folded, bagged and ready for your own choice to apply. Once the modules are ready, simply connect them to one another using the H-shaped solid wood elements. No tools are needed, the modules fit together easily. Use the configuration diagram of your choice for orientation while assembling.
2_ Where is KEIGIO SOFA produced?
Every single part of our Sofa Puff is produced in Spain by our trusted artisans using only first choice materials,certified as the fabrics of the FIDIVI or the FSC branded woods especially chosen by us.
3_ Does the KEIGIO sofa go through every door?
Of course, our modules are among the smallest in the market (36 × 36 cm base) and can be transported anywhere, even through a small spiral staircase. Furthermore, the low weight of each module (4-8 kg) allows moving and reassembling the sofa system wherever you prefer.
4_ How do I mount KEIGIO SOFA?
Assembling our Sofa systems is very simple.
1) Insert the H-shaped joining element in the grooves of the side of each sofa element where we want to add a Sofa Puff or Side Table-box module.
2) Place the Sofa Puffs with the H elements inserted on the floor.
3) Fit the modules together by sliding them from top to bottom (after having inserted the subsequent H-junction elements, if we want them to serve as a union ring for other modules).
5_How do I test the sofa first?
You can order and receive samples of our FIDIVI LASER N. fabrics.
1_ How will I receive the SHELF modules?
The elements of the Keigio Shelf system are individually protected by safety packaging and placed in boxes of groups containing up to 12 elements. This way the boxes you receive will never be too big and can be easily transported.
2_ How do I assemble the KEIGIO SHELF?
Once the cartons are placed in the area where you want to build your shelf you simply need to join the various elements together. No tools will be required, the modules fit together easily and perfectly. Use the configuration diagram of your choice for orientation while assembling.
Mounting our SHELF systems is very simple.
1) Help yourself with a diagram of the configuration, you have chosen using our 3D configurator.
2) Apply the adhesive felt previously cut into 4×4 cm pieces at the base of the JOINT elements that will serve as the base of your shelf. They will be the only elements of the entire Shelf System in direct contact with the floor.
3) Starting by building the first module from the bottom left element and gradually growing horizontally to the right.
4) Insert all planned surface elements before closing one cube of the KEIGIO SHELF.
5) Make sure that the horizontal surfaces are those in safety glass or stainless steel and the vertical ones in methacrylate.
6) Continue to build the shelving from left to right and from bottom to the top.
3_ How much weight can be applied to the security glass shelves?
Keigio Design recommends not charging the Shelf modular system too much as it has not yet been possible to certify the capacity of our shelves. This is because, being a modular piece of furniture, we should consider the forces involved in every possible configuration but they are theoretically infinite. Do your tests and make sure that the elements are always ok using an air bubble level tool before placing heavy weights on them.
1_ How will I receive the LAMP modules I bought?
The elements that make up the KEIGIO LAMP System are individually protected by safety packaging and placed in cartons in groups of up to 8 elements. This way the boxes you receive will never be too big and can be easily transported.
2_ How do I mount KEIGIO LAMP?
Assembling our LAMP systems is very simple.
1) Use the configuration diagram of your choice for orientation while assembling.
2) Following the layout of your configuration, join the elements one after the other being careful not to scratch the methacrylate modules (use a cardboard and place it as a base on the floor).
3) Fit the elements to another by pressing on the fastmount connection points, once aligned male with female
3_How can I change a light bulb in the LAMP module?
All light bulb modules can be opened using an appropriate allen key (which will be supplied with the product). Once opened, you can access the bulb or change the output direction of the power cable, depending on the configuration and your needs.
4__What bulb can I use in the LAMP modules?
Our luminous modules are equipped with a standard E27 lamp holder. You can choose the light bulb you prefer or buy one of those we recommended in our catalog. Our modules support different types of light bulbs even if we recommend 11W LED bulbs (1055 lumens equivalent to 75W of traditional bulbs).
5__Can I use dimmable bulbs?
Keigio Design recommends using Wi-Fi-type dimmable bulbs of the LIFX brand as they can be dimmed perfectly from a distance with the help of the LIFX application installed on your Smart-Phone that can communicate with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant and Microsoft Cortana.
1__What are the delivery times?
We usually deliver the SOFA PUFFS, the SHELF modules and the LAMP modules within 7 weeks, Delivery times will be indicated in the shop during the order process. We always inform you by e-mail about the current status of your order.
2_ Will I be informed about the delivery time?
Delivery takes place through an external company that operates land logistics services. After having transferred the goods to the respective carrier, we will inform you about it by e-mail.
This company sends you another e-mail with the respective order tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment online.
3__How do I check the progress of my order?
In your Keigio account, you can follow the progress of your order at any time.
Just log in to your Keigio account and select “My orders”.
4_ How much are the shipping costs?
The calculation of shipping costs is a percentage of the value of the goods. The exact values are shown in the shipping costs table.
5_In which countries can you buy Keigio brand products?

1__How do I change my order?
Please contact our KEIGIO SUPPORT TEAM and we will promptly process the change. We ask for your understanding that in certain cases delivery times may be extended.
2__How do I cancel my order?

3__Is it possible that I do not receive confirmation of receipt?
As soon as you have completed your order you will promptly receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. If you do not receive it, please check the junk mail folder.

1__How do I pay for my order?
At the end of the ordering process we offer you the following five payment options:

2__I have a problem with the payment process.
If the transaction was canceled during the credit card payment process, the credit available on your card may be limited. Please contact your bank.

3__How do I purchase a Keigio voucher?
The Keigio voucher can be found in our shop. Select the desired amount, place the selection in the shopping cart and follow the normal order process.
After ordering, you will receive the voucher via e-mail as a PDF file. As soon as the payment has been made, the voucher code will be manually enabled by the Keigio team and we will inform you by e-mail. From then, the code can be used in the shop.
1__I can’t save my configuration, what should I do?
Make a screen shot or create an image with your smartphone and contact our KEIGIO SUPPORT TEAM.
2__I don’t remember my password anymore, what should I do?
Go to the “ACCOUNT” page and, under the Subscription option, follow the directions in “Forgot Password”. We will automatically send you a new password by e-mail.
3__I can’t find my saved configuration anymore.

1__How do I return a product?
If an item supplied does not meet your expectations, you can return it without problems within 14 days by contacting the KEIGIO SUPPORT TEAM. More information on your right of revocation can be found here.

3__I received a damaged product, what can I do?
We do our best to guarantee quality, but unfortunately it is not always possible to avoid damage.
Please promptly inform our KEIGIO SUPPORT TEAM.
In case of damage during transport, therefore obvious damage on the packaging, we invite you to take a photo of the damage and warn, if possible, the supplier. In this case, sign the take-over sheet only with reservation, referring to the presence of transport damage.
